Can I trade in my current car?
Yes you can part exchange your current vehicle when financing your new vehicle. If you own the car outright then it will act as a deposit and the value offered by the dealer will be reduced from the sale price and you will finance the balance.
If you have finance on your part exchange we can still proceed with a new finance agreement on your new car and settle the finance on your current vehicle at the same time. This would mean you proceed on the one finance agreement leaving your part exchange with the dealership.
Can I buy from any dealer?
As a company we put the customer first which means we will do our due diligence on any dealer you wish to proceed with to ensure you are buying from a reputable source. Best thing to do is speak to a Kandoo advisor and they can look into the dealer for you to relieve any uncertainties.
Can I get finance if I’ve been refused elsewhere?
It is important for us to say that no finance is guaranteed but at Kandoo we can certainly consider all circumstances and we specialise in helping people that may have had credit issues in the past.

Can I pay my car finance off early?
Yes you can pay your finance balance at any time. By doing this you will save on the total interest paid.
There may be a small ‘early settlement fee’ for doing this which is different for each lender so please speak to a Kandoo advisor to learn more.
Do I need a deposit?
Most lenders do not require a deposit to proceed but don’t worry if the car you chose does need one then we will advise you of this straight away so you can make the decision to proceed or to look for another vehicle.
